Washing of KyoDo

As experts in washing machines,
we always strive to achieve
the best possible results in the following four areas.

  • Pressure
  • Temperature
  • Detergent
  • Amount of water

POINT 01 Pressure

High-pressure jets from solid jet nozzles remove stubborn stains.

At KyoDo, we consider pressure to be the most important washing element. For example, when washing mud off a car tire, water from a hose will not remove the mud. However, if you squeeze the hose and increase the water pressure, the mud can be removed. This is due to the high pressure water blasting effect.

  • Jet power with a head of 22 m that can reach the 6th floor of a building.

  • Originally designed solid jet nozzles tip shaped like a miniture fire hose.

  • Nozzle tips arranged to eliminate blind spots.
At least 160 nozzle tips are equipped to remove stains, such as dishes and containers, from the washed item.

POINT 02 Temperature

Thermostat & internal boiler allow temperature control according to the type of stain.

The melting temperature of grease is approximately 60°C. Therefore, when the washing temperature exceeds 60°C, the grease melts and the washing capacity increases dramatically. On the other hand, some substances such as proteins solidify when the temperature is raised. Therefore, KyoDo believes in the importance of “balanced temperature control that best suits the customer” in washing.

  • No need for an external booster as the internal boiler heats the washing water directly.

  • Temperature is automatically controlled by simple operation of a thermostat.

  • By changing the temperature range for each tank, our washing machine can remove a wide variety of stains.

POINT 03 Detergent

Special detergent that further enhances washing performance.

There are four main types of food stains: greases, proteins, starches, and pigments. Greases become more sticky and difficult to remove when temperatures drop, but alkaline detergents react with the fatty acids in the greases, making them easier to remove.
Proteins and starches become difficult to remove as they dry, but using an enzyme-based soaking agent breaks down the macromolecules into smaller pieces, making removal easier. Pigments build up in fibers and scratches after prolonged use, but an oxygen bleach soaking agent combines with oxygen (oxidizes) to remove the pigments.

POINT 04 Amount of water

Different jet nozzles and a recirculation system ensure both water conservation and the necessary amount of water spray that leaves no residue.

Stains removed by physical action become secondary contaminants and reattach to the washed items if they are not rinsed away. KyoDo uses two types of nozzles to achieve both high-pressure stain removal and high-volume water rinsing. In addition, the water recirculation system saves water.

  • The wide angle nozzles spray a large volume of washing water to wash away stains.

  • Approximately 400 liters of washing water is sprayed per minute per tank.

  • Because the wash water is recirculated, there is no increase in water consumption.
