A U-turn conveyor can be added to a straight conveyor washing machine. By adding a U-turn conveyor, loading and unloading can be done in the same location, allowing one person to perform washing operations that previously required two or more people.
Wastewater Heat Recovery
[This unit recovers heat from the wastewater (approx. 60°C to 80°C) discharged from the washing machine to turn the rinse water into hot water (approx. from 20°C to 50°C). It is recommended for sites where washing machines are operated for more than three hours a day because it reduces thermal energy consumption by approximately 40%. It also reduces the amount of steam emitted from the drain, thus alleviating the hot and humid environment inside the washing room.]
Exhaust Heat Recovery
This unit recovers heat (steam) discharged from the exhaust, feed port and discharge port of the washing machine to turn the rinse water into hot water. Since the heat energy cost can be reduced by approximately 20%, this system is recommended for sites where washing machines operate for more than 5 hours. In addition, the amount of steam that escapes from the washing machine is reduced, which alleviates the hot and humid environment in the washing room.
Thermal Insulation Panel
By attaching 10 mm thick thermal insulation panels to the machine, the heat dissipation loss generated by the washing machine is suppressed. By keeping the machine warm, thermal energy is reduced by about 20%. The washing machine is covered with stainless steel, and heat is radiated from the entire machine. Therefore, energy loss occurs due to heat dissipation. Installing thermal insulation panels not only reduces energy consumption, but also prevents the washing area from getting hotter.
Net Conveyor
This is a net type conveyor with a finer mesh than a normal chain conveyor. It enables washing of small and large containers using the same machine, which was not possible with conventional container washing machines. The net conveyor belt is made of SUS (stainless steel) and is resistant to heat and chemicals, giving you greater peace of mind.
Steam Removal (Forced Exhaust)
The exhaust fan forcibly discharges the steam that normally comes out of the feed port and discharge port of the washing machine to the outdoors. By eliminating the steam that causes high temperature and humidity, from the inside of the washing room, dew condensation and mold are greatly reduced. It also greatly reduces the discomfort of workers, resulting in an improved working environment.
